Haiti Earthquake Relief
In the wake of the Haiti earthquake, NFL wide receiver Isaac Bruce and the Isaac Bruce Foundation are making a $5,000 donation to the Salvation Army to assist with disaster relief efforts.
The Salvation Army is rapidly mobilizing and responding to the devastating magnitude 7.0 earthquake that shook Haiti earlier this week. With many people missing, injured, or killed, and much of Haiti's infrastructure damaged, the Salvation Army needs your help to provide much needed aid.
The Salvation Army's disaster response activities are supported entirely through the generosity of individual and organizational donations. In the early stages of a disaster such as this, the Salvation Army acts first on faith to meet the immediate needs of those affected by the storms and responses in hopes that donations will follow to fund a sustained disaster response and recovery operation. Donations can be made at www.salvationarmyusa.org and by phone at 1-800-SAL-ARMY.
