Future Hall of Fame Wide Receiver Isaac Bruce
Joins TASK Force Charity Racing Team

Bruce will host a public training run on August 24 at 8 a.m. CST in Forest Park

ST. LOUIS, Missouri, August 19, 2013 — Team Activities for Special Kids (TASK) and the Isaac Bruce Foundation are excited to announce that future Hall of Fame wide receiver Isaac Bruce has been named Team Capitan of the TASK Force charity racing team for the 2013 The Quinn Family Foundation Rock 'n' Roll St. Louis Marathon & ½ Marathon to benefit TASK.

"For me, this partnership is two-fold. I have joined a team of athletes that focuses on creating an atmosphere where wellness and a healthy lifestyle are priorities, and I'll have a great team to support me as I achieve one of my personal goals – to finish a full marathon," said Mr. Bruce. "I look forward to joining my TASK Force teammates from around the world as we train and run together for such a worthy cause."

Isaac Bruce will be hosting a training run on August 24th at 8 a.m. CST in Forest Park. The run will begin in front of the History Museum, is open to the public, and walkers and runners of all abilities are invited to attend.

To date, the TASK Force has raised more than $2 million for Team Activities for Special Kids. TASK is a nonprofit 501(c)3, instructional sports program that provides athletic and social opportunities to kids with special needs.
