The Isaac Bruce Foundation’s Flight 300 Program provides transportation to college bound students in need. When Isaac graduated high school, he had a scholarship to a junior college in California, but he needed to find a way to get there. He was provided money for a flight and now wants to be able to make that difference for students in need. Recommendations from school guidance counselors or other school administrators will be relied on in choosing the recipients.
**PLEASE NOTE THE FLIGHT 300 PROGRAM IS NOT A SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM**
In short, this program will cover the cost of one-way airfare, bus, or other transportation for a student with all the pieces in place to attend college but unable to actually afford to get there. We can arrange transportation to the airport, pay to check bags, cover the cost of the flight and have transportation waiting to pick them up to take them to campus! To date, we have not turned away an applicant for the program and look forward to helping students get to college this year.
The deadline is June 15, 2017 but we are happy to start booking transportation once we receive the application and it has been approved if the student needs to be at school for summer semester. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a copy of the application.
